Logitech has come up with its latest wireless mouse – it’s all new Touch Mouse M600, a little charming device which is bound to catch your attention. This pretty looking sleek & smart touch mouse will be shipped by the later part of the month at a suggested retail price of $70.

It is believed that the price will go down when it will hit the retail channel; however it appears to be placed in the same price range as of Apple’s Magic Mouse & Microsoft’s Touch Mouse.

Even when the actual cost has not been discovered and only suggestions are being made, what has been clearly announced by Logitech is some of the highlights of M600 that includes full surface touch sensitivity which the company proudly compares with that of smart phones. This very concept which the mouse uses isn’t a very new concept but surely in the case of mouse; Logitech is using it for the first time for its M600.

Just as in the case of Apple or Microsoft mouse, so is in the case of M600, you still get to click on it as you normally do through the help of physical button mechanism. And just like other two mice just mentioned, you get multi-gesture navigation on M600 which even includes the swipes for Web page navigation.

If you keep the design, style and touch input of this brand new mouse, you’ll find M600 to be a kind of straightforward device entering the Logitech’s line of mice. A laser sensor is being used by the mouse and it also happens to be one of the members of Unified Peripheral family of Logitech, which enables you to connect your sleek and smart M600 with about five other Unified branded devices right to a PC through a single USB micro-receiver.

What adds to the amazement is that it can also be run on one or two AA batteries. Though it is obvious that your mouse will go lighter if you remove one battery, this will cut down the operation time from six months to exactly its half, i.e. three months.

If you are eager to try out this brand new touch mouse, your wait will end up by the end of this month.
